Wow, What can I say! I always wanted to get married abroad but I didn't know where to start, I did a google search and found Intimate weddings cyprus and found their elopment package and it was perfect for what we wanted, a quick email later and Nicki booked a call to discuss details and from that moment I knew she was the one I wanted to plan my wedding. She was amazing all the way through sorting every little detail, a week before I went to Cyprus friends where asking me if I was stressed and I was not, Just chilled and really excited. The morning of our wedding we went for breakfast together and chilled by the pool, just stress free and everything we wanted. All the companies that Nicki booked made our day feel extra special and made us feel so comfortable in their company I couldn't of asked for more.
From the first phone call, to helping me get in my dress to helping with the children at the ceremony I couldn't of asked for more from Nicki I have recommended this company and Nicki to soo many people since coming back and if I could do the day over and over again I absolutely would.

Nicki’s website was the first one I visited. I read the reviews, found a package that suited us perfectly, filled out the enquiry form, and Nicki was quick off the mark.
What you soon learn is that Nicki doesn’t just love her job she is exceptional at it.!!
Nicki took my wish list and turned it into reality. She arranged absolutely everything transport, venue extras, hair, makeup, flowers, photographer so we could simply relax and enjoy the day.
Craig and I just had to show up. I had a wonderful makeup artist (Lauren), hair stylist (Charlene), a stunning bouquet, and a fantastic photographer (Andreas).
Nicki was with me, my daughters, and my friend while I got ready and escorted four men into the wedding car!
I wasn’t nervous or stressed for a second, because I knew my day would be perfect in fact, it was better than perfect I loved every minute of it.

We only contacted Hannah at the end of Feb and we were married just over a month later in a wonderful intimate ceremony. Hannah helped with absolutely everything from paperwork to playing the music…she couldn’t have done more.
We were those people on Google looking at amazing Cyprus weddings and imagining the same…and Hannah made something even more special than we could’ve dreamt!

From the moment we got In contact with Nicki I knew we would chose her to plan our wedding, she is friendly, professional and brilliant!
She took our vision and wow did she deliver, absolutely everything was sorted for us I didn't do a thing. To say it was stress free and easy would be a understatement, from the venue to the people she chose for hair, makeup, photography everything was just beautiful.
The morning of the wedding we were chilling by the pool as we literally had nothing to do it was everything I imagined and more.

If you are thinking of a wedding in Cyprus then Nicki and Hannah are the best you could ask for.
Nothing is too much for them, Nicki patiently answered every question I asked and there were a lot, constant reassurance when we were panicking and even taking the very nervous groom for a pint before the wedding to settle his nerves.
Last minute requests were actioned immediately.
Mark who done my hair and make-up was brilliant and a lovely man. The photographer and videographers were excellent and really put you at ease. My flowers and buttonhole were beautiful.
Nicki and Hannah really do look after you and make your dreams come true. We were so lucky to have chosen the best at a very reasonable price.

Well what can I say!!!!! I can honestly say I highly recommend Nicki and co to plan your special day. When me and my husband decided to marry in Cyprus I did a search online for wedding planners. We did some checks online and read reviews, when I first spoke to Nicki we were 100% sure she was the one. She went above and beyond to get all our requests how we wanted it!!! Hannah her daughter did amazingly well also... If you want a perfect wedding then book here, I am so pleased Nicki has a eye for perfection as does Hannah! From hair, make up, photographer, catering, cake, entertainment it was more than perfect.
Its can be very worrying to book a planner abroad, but rest assured you will have no worries here! Thank you for making our day rememberable and perfect, our guests were amazed as much as we were. 100% highly recommended Intimate Wedding Cyprus. x

Where to start...even from the first email sent the response from Nicki & Hannah was just so lovely.
Luckily we managed to get out to Cyprus last October it as fabulous. They arranged a whole day wedding planning for us both starting with the cake tasting then off to visit a few venues... We went for Vasilias it was beautiful.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding due to a family situation so now getting married in the UK.
I can't express how understanding they both were and professional when we broke the news that we had to cancel.
Even though we didn't get our wedding day in Cyprus. I can't recommend Nicola & Hannah enough, they are just fabulous and fun and professional and understanding. We never felt any pressure from them at all.

We used Nikki and Hannah last August and they were absolutely brilliant can highly reccomend. Throughout the very stressful run up Nikki was always on hand to chat and try calm me down!
On the day they couldn’t do enough and made sure everything went smoothly - little things I never thought of like bringing me drinks and holding my bag and fanning me!

Absolutely loved working with Nicki and Hannah. They were both so professional and we had so much fun with them on our wedding day! Everything was perfect and Nicki responded to all my questions rapidly. We felt so privileged to be the first wedding of the 2020 season.

Were do i start, we have had the most beautiful wedding we could ever have asked for, from me first contacting Nicki at intimate weddings cyprus we knew she was the one we could trust and my goodness we wasnt wrong, from the smallest details Nicki was there sorting everything for us, flowers, makeup, sorting the men, organizing transport i felt like her family from our first meeting i honestly cant recommend Nicki and her daughter hannah enough. 10 star service! seriously! if you're planning on getting married in Cyprus, plan your wedding with Intimate Wedding Cyprus you will be getting the best service. Nicki treats all her couples like family so you feel completely confident, comfortable and well looked after. She has worked in this industry for years and really knows her stuff.
Nicki planned my sisters wedding in Cyprus a couple of years ago which was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful an supportive throughout the whole day and run up.
Now its our turn to get married and opting for a sunny location we had no doubt in planning our wedding with Intimate Wedding Cyprus. From 2018 we had been planning and Nicki has been so helpful and very knowledgeable in every detail, she has worked with suppliers for years and knows them personally which made us feel confident in the service we would be getting from them. Our wedding was due to take place in 2020 but we decided to push it back due to Covid. Even through rearranging everything, Nicki has so helpful and on the ball with everything!

Nicki has been amazing. The packages she offers means that every little detail is taken care of at a superb pricing point. Nothing was too much effort along the way and she was always at hand via a phone call or WhatsApp message if I needed her. Wow, where to start!! Cannot recommend highly enough! Nicki at Intimate Weddings Cyprus helped us plan and have the most incredible wedding day we could have ever imagined! Nicki has always gone the extra mile and a half (probably more) to plan and think about every small detail that helped make our day absolutely perfect for us.
Our wedding plans were changed last minute when we decided to cancel our big wedding in the UK, and elope to Cyprus, just 8 weeks before we wanted to get married... In fact, nowhere else would accommodate such a short timescale to plan a wedding! But not Nicki, she sorted absolutely everything, even surprising me with amnesia roses included in my bouquet as she knew it was a really important part of our wedding we had cancelled! And when we decided that we would like our parents and a few friends to be there, she accommodated that too! Nothing was ever too much of a bother for Nicki, she gave us all of the information we needed, and made planning a wedding exciting and fun, and actually relaxing which I certainly didn’t think was possible! We’ll remember what Nicki has done for us for the rest of our lives, she is truly an incredible person as well as being a fab wedding planner!

We had the pleasure of having Nikki as our wedding planner and WOW she is amazing. Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. She recommend things that we hadn't even thought of, an open top bus tour (who doesn't want to watch the sunset and drink bubbles whilst on a tour of part of this beautiful island) which made our day even more memorable not just for us but for all of our guests.
When we were getting our photos done away from our wedding party she made sure our guests were happy and catered for which everyone commented on as she went out her way to help and make sure everyone had an amazing and stress free day. She was also amazing with my two son's, they thought she was super cool and she definatly had more than enough energy for them , you will not be disappointed one bit if this amazing lady plans your day
